Its not possible to get a six pack in a week, a month maybe if you are already a thin build and have the right genetics. Start by eating the right diet, lean meals, low carbs and avoid junk food. Next start doing stomach crunches, leg raises and a good cardio exercise. Don't get discouraged and check progress in a full Length mirror, eventually you will see some definition and once you get there the advances will get harder so you have to work harder. I work out religiously and look 10 years younger because of it. So get going.

You can't. It requires long hard work and a proper low fat diet. Following a strict diet and proper exercise routines will enable you to start seeing results between one and two months. But to achieve the contoured striation of well developed abs will take much longer.

It's called plastic surgery! If that isn't an option, then it might take a tad longer to achieve the results you are seeking. You need to be realistic.
