you can't lose 11 pounds in a week. you need to be realistic and if you don't want to hear how you do it by eating less and exercise then why post the questions. laxitives would not make you lose 11 pounds in 1 week anyway.. 155 down to 143 is 12 pounds

Healthy weight loss for a teenager is around 1 to 2 lbs a week. More than that can cause dehydration problems. Depending on your height you want to have a BMI (body mass index) below 25. to figure out. Take your weight in pounds, divide by your height in inches twice and multiply that by 703. There's no way to lose weight without doing it legitimately and being safe. Only thing I can say is yes, eat right, exercise (cardio) and start a body-weight exercise program. GOOD LUCK!!

First off...it is very hard to lose 11 lbs in one week unless you are exercising non-stop.... If you really want to do it, you'll have to go on a strict diet of everything low calorie, high in fiber. And exercise EVERYDAY for at least an hour. It is so sad that you told people to not tell you to exercise and eat less, when that is really the only way to do it. You don't need to eat less, just eat healthier. And exercise burns fat and calories which will result in weight loss... If you keep going with this mentality you are going to be fat forever....You are 15 years old...you have to be somewhat educated on this subject, right?!?!

You CANNOT lose 11 pounds in one week. What you need to do is study nutrition and start doing exercise. Only those two methods will work for you in the long run. You are only fifteen, do you really think that whatever you are trying to lose weight for is worth putting your health at risk? Probably not.

you cant lose 11 lbs of real wieght in a week. the scale might say you have lost that much but it would only be water and then you would gain it right back. laxatives dont make you lose weight either, over the long run they will make you gain. crash diets in the long run have been proven to increase the amount of weight and fat a person has. if you really want to lose weight consult your doctor and he/she will be able to help you. aslo you can see a dietician who can help you map out a meal plan that will help you. good luck!!

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

You don't want to eat less, but can you eat healthy?

Replace the fries with a salad, Chicken drumsticks with grilled chicken breast, hamburger with baked fish, soda with water ice cream with fruit.

I bet you'll lose a lot of weight by doing this, although I cannot guarantee a loss of 11 lbs.

The only other method is surgery
