INGREDIENTS==
1 CUP SOFT BUTTER, 6 EGGS, 1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR,
1 AND 1/2 CUPS WHITE FLOUR SIFTED WITH 1TSP. BAKING POWDER. 1/2 CUP COCOA
Cream together butter and sugar. (take thick butter). Add nicely beaten eggs and blend well. add cocoa and mix it well.Add sifted flour gradually. At the same time mix this well while adding flour. Pour in the round baking tin lined with greased paper. OR you may grease directly with vegetable ghee and dust it with flour and then pour the dough. dough should be of dropping consistency. Bake on moderate temperature in preheated oven.
When done remove it from the oven and let it cool properly.
For icing=350 gm icing sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, 1 tbsp butter and few drops of vanilla essence.
Now remove the crust from the top of the cake and cut the cake horizontally from the middle. Spread icing evenly. Keep another half cake on this icing and again spread icing on the top of the cake.

Buy the cake mix, but instead of following the recipe on the box, try this:

Cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup mayo

Bake according to the directions on the box.

Trust me on this.... I know it sounds gross and weird, but the cake will come out incredibly moist. You can actually find this recipe on the back of some Hellmann's jars.

Either you are very young and have not cruised the grocery store baking isles or this is a trick question? CHOCOLATE cake is my favorite...home made or store bought...which is the option you should choose...go into any store that has a bakery and purchase a CHOCOLATE cake. Happy Thanksgiving! ;)
