Czech records will not be in cyrillic, they will be in Czech, or possibly Latin.

All accessible immigrant passenger manifests are now online at http://www.ancestry.com and the immigration records at ancestry.com are FREE until the end of November - so go there right away and search for the immigration passenger manifests for your ancestors. The passenger manifests will be in English.

Beyond that, you'll need to know the village in which your ancestors lived. The village may be listed on the passenger manifest or on naturalization papers. Then you'll need to use a gazetteer to find out the name of the village in which the church was located, because the records were kept by the church. Once you know the name of the village where the church was located, you can check http://www.familysearch.org to see if the Family History Library has microfilmed the records from that parish.

It's unlikely that you'll find any records from the Czech Republic online and even less likely that you'll find those records translated into English.
