Another possibility here is to rewrite the sentence:
You would like to find out IF your system is under warranty.
It appears that you are not asking a question there since you have a period after the not.

You can't have a full stop beside a question mark.
And to sound like proper english it should read; " Would you like to find that your system is under warrantee, or not?
The "or not" bit sounds a bit stupid at the end as well.

It should be reframed as below
Would you like to find out whether your system is under warrantee or it is out of warrantee ?

This is not a complete sentence. Try something like
If you would like to find out if your system is under warranty, . . . .
Try a command after the coma.

Note the addition of the words "out whether" and the correction of the spelling of "warranty".

well, it's not a complete sentence or even thought and you're not supposed to end sentences with or not...
