You sure can. I suggest a glass casserole dish, spray with some type of oil, load with potatoes, put some tabs of butter and reheat on low heat covered with tin foil.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound Yukon Gold potatoes
1/2 cup butter
2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped fresh chives
1 1/2 cups cream cheese
1/2 medium head garlic, peeled and minced
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes; cook until tender but still firm. Drain and return to stove over low heat to dry for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add butter, Parmesan cheese, chives, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Use a potato masher to mash until smooth, and serve.

Good question and it's not easy to answer. Sometimes when there's a lot of activity going on with the meal I write down the desired time for everything to be finished then I take each individual dish and write down the time it should started, ie: be placed in the oven or turned on (top of stove) so everything is done at basically the same time. It sounds stupid and like I'm too stupid to do the math in my head but it sure makes it easier and everything is piping hot when it's served. (make sure EVERYONE is already at the table before anything comes out.

Sure, I do it all the time because the turkey pan takes up my whole oven. Flip it into a microwave safe dish, nuke right before you need it (stir a lot), maybe add a splash of milk or cream for consistency. Then when it's heated through, flip back into your serving dish.

Of course. In fact, the newest Kraft Food & Family magazine has a recipe for it. You can probably find it on the Kraft.com website. If you're going to put any toppings on it, wait till after you've reheated it at least partially (so you can stir it & avoid a cold center!).

That's exactly what I am going to do on Wednesday. But I bought a disposable aluminum pan and I will cover them with foil so they don't get dry. Thursday just pop in oven after turkey comes out.

sure... make them and put them in a casserole dish, covered and leave them in the stove at 170F....I do that all the time, but remember to cover them so they don't dry out.

sure you can keep them ready and mashed and add butter, salt, pepper and don't forget a little full cream milk just before serving and nuking it will be creamy and taste fresh
