I usually adjust it to 23-26 degree C during summer, what about when it gets cold (I'm freezing right now)

depends only on wat u may bear. warm air may suffocate people though he may be feeling cold. 32 - 35 may me enough...

i leave mine on 64 degrees F. its not to chilly air, but not suffocating warm either

Theremometer can not be adjusted. Its the temperature control knob, or Humidity control, etc.
