Please, I need current ways of terms of endearment in italian. Cute names, somthing current and/or popular. Thanks!

Here are some:

Tesoro (my treasure) - good for female and male
Amore or Amore mio (my love) - good for female and male
Dolcezza (sweetie) - more for a girlfriend
Cara / Caro (Dear - female/male)
Piccola (sort of like saying "baby", for a girlfriend)

These are the most common.
It really depends on who the term is for, as Italian has genders. It also depends on the relationship meaning whether it's for a girlfriend/boyfriend, a friend, a relative (mother, sister) or a child.
