They get paid to act and look good all the time so they spend all their time working out, eating right, training etc. Then, if the film or pictures do not turn out perfect enough, they will use airbrushing to thin the bodies, get rid of imperfections etc. So what you are seeing is 24 hours of working on their image and computer enhancement for the rest. Then if all else fails there is cosmetic surgery!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

well they can afford home gyms and personal trainers and all, and have lots of free time to work out, plus great public/media pressure to go through with their workout schedule, so thats how i always assumed they stayed fit and slim.

nearly anyone can look like that with the right diet and dedicated, rigorous, exercise.

Most have to work out several times a week, keep busy, eat very little. Walking and swimming are great exercises.

They have lots of moneyt o spend on personal trainers and personal chefs. and lots of them smoke, which kills your appetite. Jennifer Aniston apparently follows the zone diet but you have to cut out a lot of good stuff. Good luck

It's called money. When you have enough of it, you can do anything such as pay for a nutritionist, a trainer, a chef, and so on.
