If you are asking about the U.S. market, the K10D has already been released. Many people who pre-ordered through brick and mortar stores on the west coast have picked theirs up. B&H also shows it currently in stock:

Correct, K10D are being delivered as we speak. Figure most stores should have them by end of week.
