Firstly, i would like to know what normal is? And to answer your question, if you feel within your soul that you want to find out about your sexuality then make sure that your partner knows exactly how you feel. Your body will let you know how the experience outcomes. Do take your time and be comfortable within your own skin and mind before you do anything around intimacy. Hugs are great and i am giving you one now to keep on finding your inner self and be at peace with your soul.

I dont think its a normal effect of charge sydrome but it could be from a medicine that the person with charge syndrome is taking.
