Ahhh
not all Indians.
Only those coming from Southern States and Maharashtra.

Even they nod in agreement. swaying is naying

I don't necessarily nod my head in agreement. Usually it is a defensive response to a very boring person. You don't dare verbalize anything because they will just go on and on and on.

They just sway it back and forth. Non-verbal communication varies all over. The Chinese for example don't shrug their shoulders to mean I don't know or I don't care. It is confusing at first, but just like when you learn a new language, you adapt and get used to it.
