Do any of you believe in "erasing the colour lines?"
Do you think the term, "Once they go black they won't go back" is racist?

I don't date too much. But I don't restrict myself to one race. I'm black but I think there are more guys out there that have something to offer than just black guys. I'm totally for erasing color lines, because they are just the same as age lines, and we know people cross those too all the time. I was never one for those racial mottos, either the black one or the white one that says once you go white you know you have been licked right. I highly don't believe that because, there are some white guys and even women that don't go down at all. So that motto is unfounded. Same with once you go black you never go back, thats very untrue, because I'm sure there a numerous men and women have been with someone black for just sex or an experience and went back to their own race. I think those mottos need to be ruled out as obsolete. Now as for what I do when I see interracial couples, I smile at them and just admire how great they are to say F U society. I also want to join them too, because I really have a strong attraction to white guys, but as I'm living with my parents still and my mom is forever saying don't force any white person on her, they would have a big problem if I brought a white guy home. And I don't think it would be right or fair to hurt his feelings that way. My parents are very negative about interracial things, but that is their view. I'm growing beyond their hate and trying to make things more positive.

Why or why not?
i have usually dated within my race, just because they were the interesting people i met, my two husbands were native american though, guess thats my type
Do any of you believe in "erasing the colour lines?" i think colour should be the lest of your considerations when choosing someone to date, unless your just not attracted to a certain type
Do you think the term, "Once they go black they won't go back" is racist? yes, it that it classifies people by their race/colour
What do you usually do when you see interracial couples? i have met and known many interracial couples, as far as strangers,, i dont really think anything, unless they are publicly fighting, and i would think something if a saw a non-interracial couple doing that

i do think that there are a # of people of all races who are opposed to this,,,,, my daughters friend, who is black, has a one year old,,,,, as her mother passed away when she was young, i am like the childs grandmother,,,,, i am white, when im out with him, i get both great responses from all races, and also dirty looks from both white women and black women (im very white and blonde lol , they assume its my grandchild ) i havent really noticed a reaction from males

I do believe in erasing the colour lines, and I have no problem with interracial dating. I just wouldn't do it myself. I'm only attracted to white guys for some reason.

I only date human beings. no longer by utilising decision. nicely, no longer my decision, besides. Foriegn chix do exactly no longer dig me. some could say American isn't a "race". nicely, one hundred fifty years in the past, neither substitute into "White". In u . s . of america, an Irish or Italian individual substitute into no longer seen the comparable race as a Dutch or Englishman. The homogenization/condensing of "white" extremely did no longer totally ensue until after WW2, the place the inter-white squabbling died down after extra extreme concerns were dealt with. yet American, at the same time as no longer a race, is definitely a fashion of existence, little question. So I surely date w/in my way of existence. to boot, i do no longer meet many a million/2 Asian chix. So i do no longer probably have a option thus far only my racial makeup.

I am mixed, black and white. So I guess you can say that I date in and out of my race. I do mainly date white ladies. I feel the reason for this is because I was raised by my moms side(white) of the family. So growing up this is what I saw and became attracted to. Not to say that I have not found some really attractive black ladies.

I am of the opinion that race is immaterial when it comes to who you date. Having similar interests, sense of humour and goals are far more important.

I have dated outside of my race on several occasions and have never considered it an issue..........one of my exes used to joke about "Once you go black, you never look back" and I thought it was funny, not racist.

Race is a trump card that is used so frequently and incorrectly these days that it loses impetus, drawing attention away from other more pertinent issues.

I am white and my husband is black and he is the only man I ever dated so I obviously do believe in interracial marriage...color makes no difference to your heart!!

I'm white and i usually only date black guys. It's not because of racism or anything, it's just because all the white guys here do is drink, smoke weed, and watch TV. The black guys here are much for fun to be around, they do more things and have more fun. Plus when they say "once u go black u never go back", they weren't jokin...........

I have always dated inside my race, I don't believe in interracial marragie or dating. I don't think the term is racist, I usually just shake my head in disgust when I see an interrcracial couple. Why? I was rasied that way and believe in it.I'm attracted to white, I married a white man. I don't care how many thumbs down I get.
