I am not Southern Baptist, but a wife/fiance should go with him on an interview. The selection committee would love to meet the wife/fiance and I'm surprised you haven't been invited.

I actually am someone who has interviewed candidates. It is up to the people doing the interview. Personally, I find that an interview with the wife/fiance present, gives a committee much more information. A positive couple dynamic goes a long way. After all as a youth pastor, your trust and confidance in your husband is important. Your gifts, involvement and any concerns you have are very important too.
And you a can help him have a second opinion on the interview.
Hope it goes well!

many churches take a husband/wive as a package team... but some dont. Since you are not married but a fiance... its less likely they would
My first reaction is no... you can offer to do it to him and them... and they can decide... but unless you are probably going to be married by the time he would be doing it or shortly after... probably no
offer the possibliity and see what they want? I think you should tell him to ask the church search board or elders or whoever interviews... do they also want to interview you... sometimes the women of the curch talk with the wife and the men talk with the husband.. a fiance is less clear what to do

He should ask the interviewing committee. Usually, the first interview is solo and then a second interview involves the family.

I think you should ask him if he thinks you should go. Since it is technically a position like anyother, they will probably just want to speak to him. My brother in law became a youth pastor soon after his marriage. She did not attend with him.

Unless you are worried that the interviewer will try to harm him in some type of way and you want him to look like he cannot take care of himself then you should go.
I wouldn't

Go with him and butt in every time he tries to answer a question. Then take a handkerchief out of your purse, lick it and clean his face.

Yes, that should not be a problem.
EDIT: However, do not be offended if some may want to talk to him alone.
