Last summer, I said "I love you" to someone in a romantic sense. This was the first time I ever had to be the first one to say it... and it's kinda scary!
But if you don't come out and say it, they'll never know for sure. It's better to get it out than to later have the shoulda/coulda/woulda feeling. Just say the words... I started with, "I am so crazy about you", then the next day said, "I could be with you like this every day", and the third day led up to, "I love you". It was easier and less scary for me than just jumping in and saying ILY right off the bat.
Now I tell him all the time and, even though he doesn't always say it back, it's one of the things he likes about me: at least he knows I mean it.

telling someone that you are in love with them is the major part of
the problem. you need to be ready and able to accept, deal with,
and understand their reasonable answer? often time we think tha
t the person that we want to date or talk to, is on the same page
as i am, but unfortunately this isnt the way things work out. its no
t easy to understand a woman, her feelings, or her emotions, mo
st of the time. so you must be patient and attenitive, in letting her
know of your feelings toward her. if the answer that she gives do
nt go along with the one you expected, dont count the relationship
at an end. because you do have your foot in the door, and you ha
ve a beginning or foundation to work from. if she or he is the one that you feel that you want to be with, then never quit, give up, or
walk away, unless you are certain that there is nothing else to fig
ht for?

take them out for dinner, and tell them how you feel for them. dont rush it. like once u get ur seat, dont tell them haha, thats way to quick. Wait till about half way through, and tell them.

YOU CAN SHOW THEM SIGNS OR JUST BY PULLIN THEM TO THE SIDE AND TELL THEM HOW MUCH YOU LOVE THEM. ALSO YOU CAN WRITE THEM A POEM.
