well.....if we can tell "church" to the places where first christians join to hear the word of Jesus, hidden from roman soldiers, then that church has to be the Canaa Caves in south of Lebanon, where still nowadays we can see the primitive "statues" carved in the stone walls.
About the mosque, has to be al masjid al haram at Madinah, KSA
