I like beer, but I'm training to be a cage fighter. What is the best beer to drink so that it won't interfere with my butt kicking abilities?

There isn't a beer that won't affect your fighting abilities, no matter what anyone says. Drinking causes you to gain weight, no matter the alchohol, and it slows your reaction time down. It also makes you slow overall. So, don't drink. I'm trying to get my boyfriend to quit...

Drink what you like , just never before a fight . Alchohol slows your reflexes . To be as plain spoken about it as I can , drinking beer before a fight will first off draw blood to your stomach to absorb it . Once absorbed into your blood it will start to dehydrate you . Dehydration is BAD ! It will slow you down , cause you to make bad decisions , and most likely get your butt kicked .
If you must drink before a fight , limit the amount . A shot of scotch would probably be better then 2 or 3 beers .

i know this doesn't answer your question, but Souther Comfort makes you a monster. nothing will stop you. but if i were you this is what i would do.... if you are white, drink budweiser. if you are black drink heineken. if neither, there is this stuff called sparkx, and it's an energy drink beer.

red bull and vodka, or you can skip the red bull and just drink vodka.
Don't EVER EVER EVER EVER waste good absinthe by mixing it with red bull or I will sell your children to walt disney corporation as slaves to toil away in disney land making the clothes that tourists buy there.
EDIT: you can waste bad absinthe thats ok.
