I just bought this great pair of jeans, and they look great, but it fits a little too snugly for my taste. How do I slim down my butt and thighs enough to make the fit of those jeans just perfect? Help!!! I really really want to look great in those jeans and be more comfortable too!!! Does cycling help take off extra fat in those areas? And how long & how often do I have to do it?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you can't spot-reduce fat. Your body puts it on and takes it off in its own way, so wherever you have the highest concentration of flab (for me it's my gut) that's where the fat comes off last. You may be able to tone up the muscles in your butt and thighs, which would make your jeans fit better. Best exercise for burning fat and toning up your butt and thigh muscles is -- ready for this? -- WALKING. My sister-in-law walks 5 miles a day and her husband commented recently that he really notices a difference in her caboose. Now, if you can't walk that much per day, you can try jogging or cycling or aerobics, but don't go for more than 30-40 minutes at a time or you'll burn muscle; not fat. If you walk, you can walk as long or as far as you want with no worries about burning muscle.

I have hips and a nice butt too, I do a lot of exercising as well. Cardio is the best thing for you and lots of it. Watch what you eat too. You may not even be able to loose the fat off your hips/butt...it maybe genetic. You should work out five days a week doing an hour of cardio...like running, cycling, and the stepper!!!

I walk and watch what I eat. Try it. Walk about 2 miles everyday and cut back the food intake. I am 40 and I am a size 8. All my sons friends think I am they girlfriend not they mother. I look and feel good. I am telling you walking take off the fat from the butt and thighs. And it shape you to.

To the person who recommended hoodia, i read that this pill was not safe and alot of people fell ill taking this pill. Not sure if it's a good option.

However, there is a method called eporex that can help reduce your weight around your theighs - do a search to find your nearest branch. it is abit costly and you have to follow a diet plan.
The best things you could probably do is diet and exercise regularly to loose the flab!
From my experience cycling increases your muscles around your theigh area so makes your theighs look bigger...
