Is it true that they fry the fish in lard? I know that the fries are fried in animal fat, which makes them non-vegetarian.

Every place is different, I know a chinese fish and chip shop that fries everything in Peanut Oil.

I don't know if they do, but not where I eat them... And fries aren't fried in animal fat, they're fried in veg. oil.
