It has become a habit. i sneak out every friday. i get drunk, and then just go home with anyone who asks. I don't know why i'm doing this to myself. maybe I'm trying to prove something, I'm just not sure. Though now it has become like an addiction. I need to know how to stop.

The body does what the mind tells/allows it to do. So, just stop it! Pretty simple. I always get annoyed when people blame drinking for promiscuity. I've been wasted tons of times and never have I slept with anonymous men, nor men I know for that matter.
Sounds like you're self-hating or something. Why? Only you know for sure. But every day is another opportunity for you to change your life. Stop making excuses for your actions. From this day forward, commit to not whoring yourself like that again. And then, just don't do it.

I just hope that your at least using protection. There are many things out there to catch, and many people who will be more than happy to jump your bones, just remember, you are what you make of yourself. Think about it and try and be careful. I hope you never get too drunk and end up with the wrong people and then become a statistic.

Have you just come out of a relationship? Are you feeling a little "needy"?
I know that when I went through a period of "putting it about" I was experiencing these factors and this helped contribute to me sleeping with 16 girls in 6 months.
All I can say is that provided you use protection and go all out for glory then this can be the best form of break-up therapy I can think of.

Well, you have proven to yourself that you can have sex with anyone and everyone except the high quality people that would never even look your way because the thing you are doing now is very low class. When its important to you to actually have a relationship with someone beautiful, trustworthy, and high class you will stop and start to redefine who you are and separate yourself from the promiscuity. It will take time but, you'll do it if you really want to. You are worth more.......you need to believe it.

hell i had this kind of thing every other day but not getting drunk and with different people though. I had it with same people.
Maybe your not getting the satisfaction that you deeply desire so cool down and try and get what you really want.

I did this in college...not quite four in one month, but enough. I realized I was just looking for someone to like me, care about me, and realize how special I was...once I got fed up with myself, I stopped...just try and be safe...you will work out whatever issues you need to and figure out what you have to eventually.

Why are you engaging in self-destructive and dangerous behavior? That's the first question you should ask yourself.
You've admitted your behaviour is harmful and I think admittance is the first step on the road of recovery. I would suggest you attend a Sex Addicts Anonymous meeting for counseling.

Well you just better be careful. These days there are a ton of STD's out there, in most cases some people dont even know they have them. Dont sneak out anymore and learn to control your drinking.

I'm not sure why you are doing this - but if you need a way to stop - try thinking (when you are sober) how long you can get away with it before you catch a venereal decease? Or worse
