Israel. I think they are their soldiers fully prepared and have a lot of experience due to their location on the map.

US having assumed the role of world policing is the best country for military career as they rquire citizens from other countries to fight for them and they can pay hefty salaries

Israel. Been surrounded by their enemies all their lives...even "sleeping" with the enemy...and been in a fight since biblical days.
