A good way to tone your thighs would be to lay on your back with leg weights strapped on your ankles. Put your legs up in the air and part them as far as you can, then slowly close them. Repeat that 10-15 times. If you do this every morning when you wake up and every night before bed, you will be very pleased with the results

'Hackey sack' is very good for the inner thigh.

This was a fad a few years ago, involving the use of a small bean bag (like for juggling) that you keep up in the air by kicking it with the inside of your foot.

You can also pass it from person to person, or play across a net like volleyball.

This type of kick mainly uses the 'Sartorius' muscle, which is neglected by most exercise systems, and controlling the kick activates the inner thigh ('Adductor') muscles.

Rock & Roll dances like the Lindy Hop use a lot of inner thigh actions, because the feet are turned out a lot. Activities like this, which use a particular muscle while doing other things, are better for you than gymwork, and a lot less boring.

Canoeing, especially Kayaking, activates the inner thigh muscles, because the knees are used to control and direct the boat.

Try lying on your side and raising then lowering your leg several times, then turn over and do the other leg. There are other exercises that will tone up the inner thigh muscle. To keep legs and bottom toned up try cycling.

The best way would probably be to add some muscle to your body. You can't spot reduce fat, and the only way to reshape your body is with weight training. So I'd do high intensity interval cardio - like running sprints or running stairs, a couple times a week, and also do regular cardio a couple times a week, and then do a couple full body weight training work outs a couple times a week. Good luck.

Only do this if you are sitting at a desk. (For modesty purposes)Keeping both feet together but flat on the floor sit towards the front of your seat and keep knocking your knees together. Do it whenever you can. It works.
