How to cure a Broke Heart!!!!?

Question

I finally had the courage to tell my guy friend of four yrs that i liked him!!!! Now that i know that the feeling is not mutual. I feel stupid for telling him. I would not even like to see him again! i killed my friendship. So now i have pain. Please help me see the brighter side.

Relax, you are not alone, as a matter of fact, I think in a friendship there is always one of the people involved that fall in love with the other part. You did what you think was right, I should have done the same in your situation, 'cause at least now you know now that the feeling is not mutual. Try not to be so hard with yourself and move on, as if nothing happened, 'cause believe me, this situation is very common, and at least that he felt offended (which I'm pretty sure he didn't), nothing has happened. Try to act normal with him, and, after a while, you will see that the friendship is ok again. Maybe this will take a while, but, don't worry, if the friendship is over because of this, well, it means that you weren't so good friends after all. Good luck and God bless.

let this be an example if you date a friend you have to risk never seeing them again people don't understand that and get too infatuated with the idea of having a relationship with someone and don't care enough about their friendship

girl, srry to hear that, but their is no cure, men r pigs, u need to find one who likes u 4 who u r and u like him 4 who he is, keep ur head up, the only way to forget about it is by, ignoring him, and forgeting about the whole prob. that way u can keep ur eye out 4someone who u really like, and u dont have to change for, and u can be urself......hope i helped.

I know what you're going through, i did the same with my guy friend, now he don't hang with me like we use to, i guess it take time to get over it, eventually you will..
