In the Bible Mathew 22:24-32 says this:
[24] Saying, Master, Moses said, If a man die, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
[25] Now there were with us seven brethren: and the first, when he had married a wife, deceased, and, having no issue, left his wife unto his brother:
[26] Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.
[27] And last of all the woman died also.
[28] Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her.
[29] Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.
[30] For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
[31] But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying,
[32] I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.

We say that it means just what it says: that temporal marriages (i.e. "to death do you part" civil arrangements) are just that: temporal. They do not extend into the eternities, and those who marry outside of God's covenant will not have the ability to have eternal marriages in heaven.

See additional LDS scripture on the topic:

Doctrine & Covenants 132:15-17
15 Therefore, if a man marry him a wife in the world, and he marry her not by me nor by my word, and he covenant with her so long as he is in the world and she with him, their covenant and marriage are not of force when they are dead, and when they are out of the world; therefore, they are not bound by any law when they are out of the world.
16 Therefore, when they are out of the world they neither marry nor are given in marriage; but are appointed angels in heaven, which angels are ministering servants, to minister for those who are worthy of a far more, and an exceeding, and an eternal weight of glory.
17 For these angels did not abide my law; therefore, they cannot be enlarged, but remain separately and singly, without exaltation, in their saved condition, to all eternity; and from henceforth are not gods, but are angels of God forever and ever.

Sealings for the dead are essentially the same ceremony. They are much more perfunctory, of course. Generally a group of Mormons will gather to "do sealings" in one of the sealing rooms. The officiators have long lists of families of the dead, listing the names of the parents and all children. They will ask the appropriate number of males and females to kneel at the altar, and quickly recite the words which seal the family together, calling out the name of each deceased family member, then mark the family sheet as completed, and call another group to kneel at the altar for another family. Dozens of families of the dead can be sealed in just a few hours. MORMONISM teaches... Those baptisms and ordinances are claimed to become effective while a person is in the Spirit Prison if they accept the Mormon gospel when it is preached to them there. If they do not accept the gospel in Spirit Prison, then the work was done for nothing. Not all need to be baptized, since baptisms and sealings for the dead are already done by proxy in this life for many, and that was the point of my comment. If a person accepts the gospel while in the spirit prison, they must wait for a Mormon back on earth to accomplish that person's baptism by proxy, which is why there is so much emphasis on genealogical research. The difficulty is that not all persons have left a record of their existence on this earth, so proxy baptisms and temple marriages can never be done for them in this life. That issue must be resolved in the next life.

They are not married to anyone. If you look in verse 29 - where it says: Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.
The "power of God" being talked about here is the sealing power of the Priesthood that is used in the temple to bind husband and wife together for eternity. They were not being sealed together by the Priesthood, therefore they will be married to no one.
You must also remember we believe in modern day revealtion.
Doctrine & Covenants 132:19
19 And again, verily I say unto you, if a man marry a wife by my word, which is my law, and by the new and everlasting covenant, and it is sealed unto them by the Holy Spirit of promise, by him who is anointed, unto whom I have appointed this power and the keys of this priesthood; and it shall be said unto them—Ye shall come forth in the first resurrection; and if it be after the first resurrection, in the next resurrection; and shall inherit thrones, kingdoms, principalities, and powers, dominions, all heights and depths—then shall it be written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, that he shall commit no murder whereby to shed innocent iblood, and if ye abide in my covenant, and commit no murder whereby to shed innocent blood, it shall be done unto them in all things whatsoever my servant hath put upon them, in time, and through all eternity; and shall be of full force when they are out of the world; and they shall pass by the angels, and the gods, which are set there, to their exaltation and glory in all things, as hath been sealed upon their heads, which glory shall be a fulness and a continuation of the seeds forever and ever.

If that does not make sense, email me and i will try to explain more fully...

Well the guy who wrote first is right. However I'd like to point out verse 24, where it says if a man dies his brother is to marry his wife. So many other Christinas like to point out that Mormons do not follow everything in the Bible perfectly. Well I don't know about you, but I don't know any Christians men who have married their brother's widowed wife. Isn't that going against the Bible?
