That is a good question.
All I can say is,when the Antichrist mocks Jesus by resurrecting from his wounds after an assassination attempt.People will buy into him lock stock and barrel.Hence,I guess that will be evidence atheist's have been waiting for.People that worship him will defend him just like good soldiers would.They will be deceived to the very end,but it will be too late.Whether they are truly evil or not.Don't know,they might be puppets for the devil.

Evil is only evil as defined by someone else. IF you believe you are evil then you probably are not. IF others believe you are evil...then you probably are. So NO the side of Evil will not know they are evil...in fact they will consider the OTHER side as evil...so maybe BOTH sides are evil...or maybe NEITHER side is....

Great question. My guess is no because remember Jesus saying that many will say to him in that day, "Did we not prophecy in your name, etc..." So, based on that scripture, I would say that many people will believe they know both God and Jesus and yet, they are serving their own ideas, not the real God and his son. Also, the Bible says that the ones who are destroyed at Armegeddon are (1.) those who do not know God and (2.) those who do not obey him.

Hitler thought God was on his side. Terrorists think they will go to heaven if they kill non-Muslims. I really don't think they will know they are evil.
