Because it's a word made up by some kids a long time ago. They told it to the dictionary publishing place and they put it in the dictionary. They told the other dictionary places and they didn't want to put it in there. That's why some dictionaries have it and some don't.

Look again, it's in there right after gullet. For some unknown reason it's out of alphabetical order in both of my dictionaries.
