I highly recommend Active Release Technique for sciatica. I have degenerative disc disease in my spine....herniated discs, sciatica, etc.....and it has been a life saver. I have previously tried physical therapy, pain management, site injections, traction...you name it, I've tried it! Active Release saved me! It is a very aggressive treatment but it really does work!
