If you think that you have ADD, speak to a counselor. There is a fairly simple test that you can take to determine if you have ADD or not. Do not assume that because someone told you have ADD that you have it. That may not be true. If it is true though, you can speak to a neurologist or psychiatrist and get medicine to help you focus.

I am not sure what UNI is but there is probably a counselor there that can help you.

Take care,
Troy

you really should have your mentor and the Uni help you with this problem, its not a medical problem, go back to your tutor and discuss it.

You are in Uni and you have failed to provide a complete sentence. What are you asking?

Daily meditation is the only way to counteract your condition. Pills can't cure it, but sitting every day for at least 5 minutes will.

Don't accept simplistic labels that limit your value. Live, love, laugh. Go where being active and energetic are appreciated. When you're forced to be still, analyze the things around you and imagine creative solutions. Don't let people know that you think they're boring!

dont worry sweetheart. attention defisit desorder is quite common, so talk to your doctor about what your teacher said, and the doctor will know what the best course of action is.

There are doctors who specialise in ADHD. Your best bet is to find one of those and get an assessment. They will be able to help you (I recommend Ritalin!).
