Like when we first laid eyes on each other...he took a double look at me and smiled...i smiled back. The impact for him seems to be great coz during the weeks that followed at work he was always looking at me, smiling sometimes, sometimes it was just a blank look...he went out of the way to help me...sometimes he would turn away when i caught him looking, sometmes he would keep looking. He would be shy when i direct my attention to him. I would never have any thoughts about this man (i felt nothing for him when i first saw him) if he didn't paid so much attention upon me. Okay another thing is, he is my boss (i mean the biggest one) but he never took any serious liberties...i felt he respected me...now he's away coz he's got business elsewhere...but he'll return. The thing is we've NEVER had a conversation before (besides him asking me to do something), but I felt we had a connection the first time we met, like he can read me and visa versa. I knew him for less than a month...

Can you afford to lose this job? Funny thing about some men in authority, they enjoy the effect they have on subordinates, especially pretty ones they know are attracted. If its real enough for him to risk inapropriate behaviour, he should make a move outside of work hours/envioronment, otherwise the only respect you'll earn is to keep your eyes on your work.

Although he is your boss, he is only human and may have an attraction for you. There are a few things to watch for, is he married? If not and you two pursue a relationship that doesn't work out, are you prepared to work elsewhere? See it's never good to mix business with pleasure, let me tell ya, I know this from experience and it makes for a very uncomfortable work place. Good luck!

Number one. He's you're boss. If things go sour, you lose your job. Period.
Make the right decision. Don't throw anything away on a guy you would not have looked twice at and a whim.

if he is still working there - stay away. the odds are (95% chance) he will use you.
unless you are into casual sex. if you are then go into his office - close the door - drop to your knees and take him inside you right on his desk. never say a word to him - not one. then walk out of the office. see what happens after that. remember to only try this if you are strong enough to.

I think you should spark up a conversation with him, because from what you are saying he definitely is very interested in you. So find out what he's all about.

you should really start a casual conversation to learn if he's really interested in you & give space to possible advance from him. guessing & feeling things that might not even exists just won't help u or him.
