This is a very simple recipe..
BATTER
1 cup cornflour
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Method:

Blend ,mix or process cornflour, eggs and water until smooth; stir in sesame seeds.
dip veggies in dry flour then into batter and straight into very hot oil.

More advanced and much better..

Tempura veggies...(i suggest..green beans, sliced sweet potatoes, broccoli etc)

INGREDIENTS
2 quarts oil for deep frying
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 (12 fluid ounce) water(soda water makes for lighter airy texture)
salt to taste
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon white sugar
DIRECTIONS
Heat oil in deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, sesame seeds and water until smooth. Roll the veggies in the flour mixture to coat.
Deep fry the coated beans in small batches until golden brown, about 1 1/2 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels. Salt to taste.

This is so easy and so good...it looks and tastes like you slaved all day!
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice and sugar to use as a dipping sauce.
hope this helps.
bon appetite

Use a basic tempura and add sesame seeds to the batter or any regular batter mix and substitute water, milk or even soda for the beer and add sesame seeds. Good Luck!
