That is just the thing,They are loving others the way they were taught to love themselves. With judgement and unforgiveness. We are given freewill of choice. Self righteousness came in a LONG time ago and was put into a book that was changed by omissions and personal interpretations. The majority now believe that this book is the truth when in fact The Truth is written in our hearts and we feel it as intuition. Intuition is our connection to God. This has been made wrong as many of our other gifts such as telepathy, instantaneous healing (the medical society put a huge limitation on this, not profitable to have people healing them selves. For that matter better make sure everyone believes they need to come to a special place to see special people and pay for that right to be close to the Creator), well you get the picture. I am not making any one wrong it is their choice. As many choices are we are here to learn first what we do not want in our lives the n choose what we do want in our lives, ah the beauty and wonderment of freewill and choice.

Believers of what religion? We are all believers of something. I'm a Christian and I love all those around me regardless of religious background. I have friends of every race, creed and religion. I believe that most people feel that if a person disagrees with them that must mean that they don't like them but I don't agree. When it comes to religion if a person does not choose to convert to Christianity then we just agree not to talk about religion.

What makes you think that Christians dont' love humans the way we love ourselves?

We just do not accept the sinful behavior of the non believer or the fact that they bash the one and only God who loves them more than they love themselves.

We Christians do not have neither the power or the authority to condmen or send anyone to hell. The lost soul/sinner has that power of choice to go to heaven for all eternity or to hell for all eternity.

Those who choose satan over God condemn themselves. That is where your hypocracy remains. Place the blame and the responsibility where it belongs, with the spiritually lost sinner who refuses eternal life with Jesus. And the saddest part about it is that its' free and you still refuse to accept it. There's your hypocracy.

You would without a douby definately accept without hesitation, a brand new totally Paid for car, boat, or house, or even the lottery, etc that you cannot take with you when you die , but you refuse to accept a brand new never ending eternal life in heaven. There's your hypocracy!

Q - I am commanded by God through his son Jesus to love all people as I love myself. I try very hard to do just that. I do not have to LIKE everything someone does, says or writes in order to love them.

I cannot send someone to hell or even predict who will go and who will not. That is between the person and God.

Exactly...

We are all self-righteous, hypocrites. Talking a good game. But treating our own loved ones like SH1T! Justifying and making excuses, for the fact
we are afraid of being hurt.

I love you and all my fellow human beigns but just because I love does not mean I can't agree with you. I am not the one sending you to hell you are, you continue to reject the one true God, you continue to reject the Love of God(Jesus Christ) so you are still under the Law of God and so you must be absultly perfect or you must pay the price of sin(eternal death, a.k.a. hell). I implore you accept Christ before it is to late, time is running out.

We do love those around us. But the Bible tells us we will be hated because we know the truth. What is the truth? We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death. Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. (1 John 3:14,15)

We do, but in the same way God loves you.

God loves you, but he hates what you do.

Believers love you, as Christ loves you, but we do no condone what you do.

Surprisingly enough to you, we are in the same boat. We don't think we are any better than you. We just have accepted the free gift Christ has given us, and we pray for you to accept it, too.

For we know the pain you are going through, because we have been through the same pain.

But, now we have hope, and comfort in our pain.

Here's what I think. See, you've known yourself all your life, whether you remember or not. Other people can do things to where it's a bit harder to love them as much as ourselves. We have to actually train ourselves mentally to overlook the flaws in mankind. Spirtually we have to train ourselves. Meditation and all. But truely though, before we can say we love anyone else FIRST we have to love ourselves.
