I am 33 male, is 2 days a week enough to strength train if you work hard those 2 days? And i will do cardio 2-3 times a week as well. I am already thin so i dont need to lose much weight. Anyway will i eventually see results? I only have time twice a week so thats really all i can do, i just wanna feel better and look a little better.

2 days per week of strength/ resistance training will give you moderate results. Your body is forced to make physiological changes only when it is repeatedly overloaded beyond what is "normal." If you are currently healthy and active, 2 days per week is not a huge overload.
More than likely you will not notice "results" for a least a few months, and that is fully dependent on the amount of progression you make throughout the course of your training program.

Most bodybuilders and trainers would reccomend more, but I bet you will see good results doing it twice a week. One of the most important parts of weight training is the rest, and you'll certainly be getting that, and won't risk overtraining. Give it a shot for six months and see. You'll definitely see SOME results.

It's enough, but working hard isn't going to be the magic key. The magic key is knowing how to use the best of your time.

You'll see results in about a month.

Good luck!
