What part of France did people originally find cheese?

If by "find" you mean discover, it was not found in France. Cheese was "discovered" by accident by nomadic tribes in and around present day Iraq around 6,000 BC. They would carry pouches of goat or sheep's milk with them on their journies and the movement churned the milk and produced cheese.
