According to his PR, in the past he used to smite people all the time. But I've been ridiculing him for a long time, and working to undermine religion, and nothing has happened. I fear no thunderbolts. Don't tell me he'll get me in his own good time-- why should he let me go on doing what I'm doing, taking people away from him? Huh?

God is "waiting to see" if I turn my life around?

Doesn't he know? Isn't he all-knowing?

Shouldn't he stop me before I do more damage?

Oh, and the Book of Revelation is utter and complete NONSENSE. People who believe it only confound themselves.

He has lost his mojo. God, Santa and the Easter bunny are all reading the same book and going to seminars with Anthony Robbins "How to get your power back".

First, you use the word "smite". In the Bible, that word is usually used in the King James Version (find a new Bible - try the English Standard Version.) And the word usually meant in battle. If you're working to undermine religion, why are you reading the Bible anyway? And if you're reading the Bible, you ought to know by now the rest of what I'm going to tell you.
Second, God purposefully does not work the same way today that He did years ago. It's not that He's taking His good, sweet time. There was a turning point in history when Jesus (God's Son in the flesh) came to earth. He lived a perfect life, did miracles, and sacrificed His life to take the punishment of all mankind. When He did this, most miracles were done away with, including God's incredible acts of wrath to destroy those against Him. They are not necessary anymore because those against Him will receive punishment in the form of death, both physical death and eternal separation from Him in a place no man will want to go once they've been there.
Third, have you ever read "The Screwtape Letters" by C.S. Lewis? You remind me of Wormwood, trying desperately to lure people away from God, sometimes succeeding in small victories, but ultimately failing.

It seems as if you've never read the Book of Revelation. Sit down one afternoon and read it. During the Tribulation, God has vowed to punish all those who refuse to believe. You may not fear any thunderbolts now, because He's not throwing any at you. Yet.

There are a few things that have to happen before the earth enters the Tribulation. Perhaps you'd be interested in an end-times prophecy that tells us Russia, Iran and other Muslim nations will invade Israel? If so, then read Ezekiel 38 and 39; if you're not inclined, I'll summarize it for you: the armies are destroyed and God wins. The Tribulation will begin at least 3 1/2 years after this invasion. World events suggest this invasion is imminent. What will YOU do with this knowledge?

God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Peace.

Because he's waiting to see if you will turn your life around before you die because when you do it will be too late and you will be judged harshly for your actions and deeds.

God gives everyone "free will" so in a sense yes he knows what options you have but it is up to you to chose which one you will take.

You don't read the bible much do you?

There IS no taking out of HIS Hands.
But as to what happened, remember, He came to earth, and was crucified for His troubles. He found out what it feels like. So now He's a 'kinder, gentler' God. lol.

Your brazen challenge of God is proof of His allowance of free will.
Free will to do right.

And free will to do wrong.

How much longer do you have to live ?? Could be years, could be hours, you don't know and neither does anyone else.

When will you understand, that which you do not ?
