Its a scam, absolutely, period. You will lose money even if you just phone or respond to an e-mail.
Ignore them completely and put them in the trash.

No such thing a "free" lotto
Just like when something says "earn" a free whatever.... If you "earned" it... then it wasn't free!

its a scam....... simple......
if it sounds too good to be true.. then it probably is.........
now a free lottery sounds too good to be true... add your credit card details to it... and well.... there is only one person getting a "windfall".... and it wont be you.... your bank will be empty..
