You can use a local restaurant as a gage then work backwards it is easier for me that way. If using the Long Island Ice Tea it runs 8.50 at a local establishment and is served in a 10oz glass it contains:
1oz vodka
1oz tequila
1oz rum
1oz gin
1oz triple sec
1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
shaken and poured into glass add
1 splash Coca-Cola®
now if you use house and not call you figure the cost of each oz based on the cost of the bottles how many ounces in each and how much each oz alone is cost only - combine these costs to see how much the beverage will run to make and subtract the resale amount this is the profit per glass the bar should make. Hope this helps.

Bloody Mary consists of:

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
2 drops Worcestershire
2 drops Tabasco
Salt & Pepper to taste
garnished with celery and pimento olives and sometimes a lemon wedge

Pina Colada consists of:

1 1/2oz. Light Rum
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
1/2 Banana
(you will need a blender)
garnished with an orange wedge/strawberry, depending on "the house"

As far as the retail cost vs. distributor cost, (might want to decide that part first), you'll have to check with a local grocery store and maybe talk to distributor like Kalil or GIS an alcohol distributor for prices.
