i am trying too loose as much weight as i can before x-mas because i am ordering some really nice clothes and langeri that are really expensivefrom victoria secret. i weigh 140lbs i would like to weigh 115-120 in about a month to loose some love handles and thighs.

i do excersize but with this new job i have and taking care of a 12 month old baby i find it hard to find time to get a good work out at least once a day. so i would like to maybe have somthing to help me. i have always eaten properly. it is not about lazyness at all. i would also like to feel more comftorable with my self and feel as beautiful on the outside as i am on the inside. being over weight is very unhealthy for you in the long run also. plus it is not very pretty as we all know guys too.

dont want to promote unhealthy living/pills etc... BUTTTTT

Im in the same dilemma and my wedding is in 30 days.
Im trying Cylaris - supposed to be the strongest diet pill on the market. Im getting myself a bottle today.

You can drop weight quickly without exercise just by modifying your diet a little. You don't have to give up everything you love, but try to cut back on the "bad-for-you" stuff and follow these three general rules: (1) Eat only when you're hungry -- if your stomach isn't grumbling and feeling hollow, you're not hungry. (2) Stop eating when you feel satisfied -- if you have to, eat more slowly and stop eating IMMEDIATELY when you start getting that feeling that you're starting to get full or when the food just isn't tasting as good as it did when you started eating. (3) Drink lots of water -- at least 1/2 a gallon a day, and if you really want to accelerate your weight loss don't drink any soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, or anything with sugar in it (stick with water, skim milk, coffee, and green or black pekoe tea with Splenda if you need it).

I know you said you didn't want to do exercises, but do you know what is one of the best exercises for burning fat? WALKING. Try to get some walking in every day. You don't have to do it all at once either -- they say even 10 minutes at a time is beneficial.

It's much easier and cheaper just to go swimming 3 times a week!

Most diet pills are just a megadose of caffiene, the ones that aren't are either a total con or addictive.

Swimming's fun and low impact. Your shape will be more toned in a week. You'll fit into those clothes without neccesarily even having to lose any weight!

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

I think you should exercise and eat well....but I know you'll end up taking the pills so I think it would be wise to eat well and concertrate on exercises for your thighs, abs and sides while you take the pills so you can get toned and look better in the great clothes you have bought!

Stop trying to take the easy way out. Get up off you butt and exercise! Weight loss pills are no good for you. And be sure to get something crotchless.
