please can any one help can i remove windows installer as i keeps opening when i tried to open my games when i treid to remove it says some progs wont work

u need Windows Installer to install/unistall programs and Windows components.

you cannot remove windows installer, if you do that how are you going to install programs or remove them
what you need to do is find out the program it is trying to open I suspect it is a word program ,so just stick the XP disk and give it its food and presto
