go to petfinder.com.....this is a site for rescue groups.....just enter your Zip code, and enter breed wanted, like Great Dane, and be AMAZED at how many great choices you have !!.....i recently adopted a Great Pyrenees mix from them, and my dog Sylvester is awesome !!.....check it out.....try it.....do a good deed.....adopt a Great Dane today !!!.....good luck to you, in your search for a Great Dane female as a new pet !!!!.....most adoptions run between $ 50 to $ 200 maximum, for a wonderfull dog, who will be very happy to be your new pet !!!

Be careful with buying a low priced Great Dane! Danes are prone to so many health problems that you should only buy from a reputable breeder or be prepared to spend thousands on medical care. (Of course, I feel this goes for all breeds, not just Danes) Backyard breeders are generally the only people who sell their Danes for under $1000.00.
If you are looking for an actual reasonably priced, well bred Dane, check with your local AKC club, as they should have recommendations for local, respected breeders.
