A very low-carb diet is very dangerous and unhealthy.
"Following an extremely low-carbohydrate diet is disastrous, dangerous, and above all—boring! Carbohydrates are NOT the enemy. Including the appropriate amounts and types of carbohydrate-rich foods in your diet is essential for long-term health and weight loss/maintenance."

There's a lot of debate about low carb diets, with scientists on both sides of the issue swearing that low carb diets are either good or bad for you. The truth is that low carb diets ARE low calorie diets, though there's some debate about whether the state your body goes into when it's carb deprived is dangerous. Every diet is some different formulation to get you to limit your caloric intake. At the end of the day, your body will increase or reduce its weight based on the balance between the number of calories you consumer and the number of calories you burn. So...as long as the diet is safe, you should find a diet that works for YOU and that you think you can stick to for a long time. Generally, the ones where you don't have to completely give up foods that you love are more sustainable. Just watch your calories and try to eat in moderation. You also may want to focus on small changes you can do, like leaving a bit of food on your plate at each meal, turning off the lights in the kitchen after your dinner, or brushing your teeth after meals to help you break habits of overeating.

That's because there aren't any.
However, there's plenty of studies showing that a low-carb lifestyle is GOOD for you

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
2.) drink lots of water
3.)exercise every day
4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
