cook your prepared apple slices in pot with brown sugar, pinch of salt, and cinnamon. Only cook them until they are approx 60% done. Then transfer them into your ready made pastry using a slotted spoon to prevent to much liquid getting into your pie shell.....don't get me wrong you can add some of the liquid, but not all of it too soggy for the base of your pie. Cover it with the lid, brush on a little egg wash, cut a few venting hole in the lid before you bake it and sprinkle it with a good amount of sugar and bake until nicely browned. 375 - 400 degrees for approx 35 minutes Enjoy Amigo keep your eye on it man...

All you need frozen crust out of the store, you slice the apples your self or store bought, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar & a pot.

Start with crust put in oven for 2 min. Take the apples if you are going to make you own filling. Start with fresh ripe apples take the core out of the apple then slice them into wages. Start your heat to low/medium heat take your pot set on fire throw your apples slices into the pot. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar. After that the heat will turn the sugar into the apple sauce shir occanially after that make sure its thick. Then add your 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and nutmeg. Add more sugar(sparkle so that the cinnamon and nutmeg can form together). Shir occanially after you have to let your mixture cool down. Then add top part of crust flip the top crust on top then you take a fork and close the lip on the top crust make lines with the fork for design. 1hr tops

i would normally suggest you to cook it in an oven!
it comes out cruncy and nice and hot how it is supposed to be
ive never tried cooking it anywhere else and i wouldnt reccomend you to try it any other way!

of course when you eat it you should always have custard on it otherwise it wouldnt be complete!
