Should I stop being the nice guy and show her what its like without me? Im 6 ft 2 athletic build; average looking. Im easy going with a quick wit. Is that still good enough for the women out there?

Well, first of all you didn't give enough background info to actually make a definitive decision as to whether or not you should remain nice or make yourself scarce. All you did was give some stats and a description about yourself.
Here's a suggestion, though. Why don't you remain the nice guy, tell her exactly how you feel about her and get some feedback. If she's feeling you, tell her it would be nice if she showed it sometime. If she's not feeling you, move on. I'm sure your 6'2"-ness and quick wit is just what the doctor ordered for some lady out there. There's definitely more women than men out here so don't put your life on hold for one...
Nice guys finish last when they're not assertive. Assertive nice guys finish exactly where they want to finish...

What are you doing? What do you mean 'show her what its like without me'?
And what the hell does 6"2 athletic built, average looking, easy going with quick wit tell me about you, REALLY! Alot of guys would describe themselves as that... and besides your height (which most guys lie about anyway) the rest if your opinion. And frankly, attraction to someone, for me to decide if someone's "good enough" for me includes alot more factors than that.

Unfortunately most nice guys do finish last because some women like myself look for bad boys and never give the nice guy a second look. But like they say absence makes the heart grow fonder.

Yes, pure and simple. Nice guys play by the rules and have honorable intentions. Unfortunately, that is not what women want.
Face the facts man, most women want the materialistic things or the bad boy. Most men want the slut trophy g/f. Nice , normal people in this world are so screwed!

Never change who you are to get what you want. Remember if you need to change, this means you are doing something wrong.
Sounds like you like this girl and you want to please her. Don't be over eager to win her heart, take it slow show some attitude but keep it real. When she asks for something don't be a hero and do it write away take your time and impress her, but at the same time don't take to long either. Give her some space let her miss you a little, let her know what she had and what she could loose. By doing this you are not been a bad *** but you are being strong women love strong men. Take it from a young fool.

It never is man..you just not bad boy enough. Nice guys will always get married and cheat on their wives but bad boys can never be tamed.So yes and for thousands of years now nice guys are still finishing last.

overall nice guys dont finish last, but that is because they are nice and they know how to treat a lady. you never hear about them because the woman are too busy bein happy...you only hear about the bad boys because they cause more heartache...usually.
so never stop being yourself...you want the right woman to like you for you, not some fake persona that you attempt to create :)

If you're a nice guy and not appreciated, find someone who will! There is a definate need for good men and I myself, hate to see one taken for granted. There are too many of us women who've had a**wholes to hurt us, We know how to appreciate a good man. I could show you!!
