Okay as the two of you are friends and obviously have this flirty chat going on you need to say to him, whatever will your girlfriend say if she finds out that you are asking me for my number. After you say this to him judge his reaction, if he comes across as sheepish then I definitely wouldn't give it to him, despite the fact that you think that he's hot.
If however if he says something like, can't a guy have a friend to go to the cinema with then at least you can considering it. Although I wouldn't do it, because remember that he does have a girlfriend, then why don't you turn the situation around and say to him how would you feel if your girlfriend was asking a guy at work for his number.
The bottomline is you can go out with him if there is a group of you going, but if its just the two of you, then I would remember that he does have a girlfriend and if the situation was reversed how would you feel

Please don't give him your number, just continue to see him at work. Its not worth the pain you will cause someone else as well as yourself in the end. It's ok to think hes hot but you also know that he has a gf, why would you want to hurt her. Consider this, if the shoes was on the other foot how would you feel about your boyfriend flirting with some other female?

Well I think that he he likes you and how do you know he has a gf? If he does maybe he just wants to be friends and he might be planing on breaking up with her.When you get a chance ask him why would he give out His number if he has a gurl .

If he is flirting with you and he has a girlfriend, what do you think he's going to do if you two start dating. He will do the same thing. If you are attracted to him, let him know...."hey, we can not get to know each other on that level until you have figured out what you are going to do." Tell him you don't come second to no one! So, if he is serious, he'll come to you correct. If not, then he is not worth it.

Do you really want to be involved with a guy who cheats on his girlfriend? And if you become his girlfriend don't you know he is going to cheat on you too?
You should tell him if he wants to date you he needs to do two things.
1) Break up with his current girlfriend.
2) Find a job somewhere else (so if y'all relationship fails, you won't get fired because y'all brought bad feelings to work with you).

It apears that either he is not that happy with his current girlfriend and is considering you as an future quest.
Or it could mean that he want to date you and his current gf.

Ask him some questions about his current gf. For example, How was your weekend? Do anything special with your girlfriend?

You can give him your number, enjoy yourself for a short time, meet his girlfriend, go through all types of grief, be the one cheated on, and get dumped. Sounds like the ideal situation to get into.

I don't care how hot he is but until he does something about his girlfriend there would be no happenings unless you want to end up falling for him and end up being treated like he's doing his girlfriend with you.

Sounds like he's not happy with his girlfriend or he wouldn't be initiating contact with another woman. I'd give him my number and if he calls, before it went any further we would have to discuss his current relationship.
