if u think he always says foolish things intentionly in front of u, just give him 10 barks (two slaps) to teach him good lesson.i don't think he loves u,he is just out of his mind.

id say that if he says these things to you directly with a smile that he might like so have fun and smile back whos it gonna hurt

sounds like he mite like you. try getting to know him and if u like him, ask him out. if things dont work out, oh well, you've made a friend in the process!!!
