get some mushrooms, onions and a packet of colemans sausage casserole mix my family loves it

1 long crusty roll, cut in half lengthways
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 cooked sausage, sliced
¼ green apple, sliced
lettuce
watercress
Method
1. Spread the roll with the mustard and mayonnaise.
2. Fill with sausage, apple, lettuce and watercress.

4. They are great in mince with mash and carrots
5. Hot dogs with onions in finger rolls
6. add them to stew and pie pastry with totties
7. make stovies - mince potato and turnip all mashed together
8. cook them in a peppercorn sauce with a jacket potato
9. barbecue and have them with a salad
10. sausage, egg, bacon and chips - eastenders special - with a cup of tea
