Depends on the placement of the tattoo, the amount of detail and skill required, the overall size of the tattoo, how much ink is used and in what colors.

Shops and individual artists will have their own prices set. There is usually a minimum and for larger work it can often be charged by the hour instead of a set price. Of course you should also tip :-D

You would have to go in person, show them the design or tell them the idea and go from there to find out the price. Good luck.

It will vary from shop to shop, what area you live in and the size of the art

Here in the Seattle area they can be anywhere from $60 on up. I just had one done that is about 3 inches high and 6 inches wide, the guy did it for $80 which was a steal, if you ask me. I got my last one in Portland, OR and it was smaller but it cost $120.

Also, many will charge by the hour for large works that take more than one session (often called "session fees")

I would Google "tattoos, your city, your state" and look up some websites. They will often have prices posted with sample art. If there aren't any prices posted, you can call for an estimate)

First of all, a high quality place - one that uses the best inks, the best sterilization, and artists with excellent portfolios (which are all what you defintiely want) is going to have higher prices.
It usually averages around $100/ hr. Also depends on the amount of detail involved & the size of the piece.

Depends on where you are and what size and color...I paid $60 for mine. It can start around $50 and get into the hundreds for larger, detailed tattos. Average cost $100
