What did they do to you when you were teens?

My parents just made fun of me in front of my friends, but I now see why they did, and that's because I wasn't being honest to them or myself. However, the best part for them I guess was knowing that I'd one day have kids too and put my own kids through hell. Now, I have a 17 year old and a 12 year and I embarrass the crap out of them when they lie or do/say dumb crap in front of their friends. Just because I'm their parent doesn't mean I shouldn't teach them the difference between right and wrong.

I think the most emberissing thing so far would be dancing on the rooftop at 1 AM... Playing Mozart, of all things!

My parents were both alcoholics,my father usually "maintained" in public, my mother would act very foolish, try to pick up on our classmates.

my dad got drunk and used the "n" word in front of a bunch of people from my class. I wanted to die.
