If you are violent and you break the law and you then resist arrest,
then the police should have a right to deal with you in any way that
they see fit, so that they do not get injured themselves, if you break
the law, don't think you can get away with it.....................................

It is everyone's right not to be abused, that is the law. Sometimes the police step over the line, most often the criminals do. Still it is an officer's duty to see the scumbag gets to jail in as best shape as is humanly posssible to deliver him/her. Otherwise they will cry and kick up a fuss hoping people will forget they broke the law in the first place.

Just so they can have an excuse to scream "police brutality" or more often "it's cause I'm black".
