I have been a member since July on YahooAnswers, at times it was busy, but since about October, I have noticed more and more participation.
Has anybody else noticed this?
What do you think is the reason? (I enjoy it because it is enlightening).
How many hours do you think you spend on the forum? (I use it about 4 hours a day!)
What is your favorite section? (Mine is Religion/Spirituality, and Family)

Music....I am not promoting any religious belief I may have. I do enjoy the religious section though.
The 4 hours is that I get up at 5am after I take care of my family, I answer, and later in the evening I answer. Don't watch alot of TV.

Yes there are more people on here now. I hope and pray many are on here to learn more about being a C Christian, I hope the Lord will use us, (CHRISTIANS) to help spread the word of God to all the world. This goes out ALL over the world,(www) so maybe, just maybe we can help someone come to the Lord. This is the only section I go on. I come on as often as I can, I have a family and home to take care of and it takes a lot of my time, so when I have a little spare time I am on here learning how other Christians are doing at getting the message of God out there to the world. I hope this answer did some good ... May God bless you for asking a good, clean, no- nonsense question.

I notice the increase and I only started this month, lol. In some areas the increase seems to be nonsense questions and that gets irritating, but mostly I enjoy it. I usually do a couple of hours each day after I read the news and my email in between doing chores around the house.
My favorite sections are relationships, health, and arts and humanities (philosophy) but I like to look around at what questions are being asked in the other areas as well. I like coming to the religion/spirituality section, though some days the "battles" get old and it seems more like the "debate" section, lol.

I've noticed a significant increase. I use this site about 5 hours a day. Favorite sections are : Religion and Spirituality and Politics and Food.
I'm undecided as to why the huge increase in traffic. Might be a sign of the 'times'.

Well I think the reason for so many is because its the same person ask and answering their own question just so they can reward there self with 10 points and gain ground in the points system. I spend manybe 4 hours sometimes less a day on weekdays and maybe 1 on weekends. My favorite section is the Religion section. You have a great day as well.

Halloween got me all fired up. I was checking my email and saw one of the little "featurettes" at the bottom of Yahoo!'s home page, and there were people asking about Halloween, so I went to the answers page and noticed that there were an awful lot of "Halloween is SATAN'S BIRTHDAY!" posts, which put my nose out of joint. I've been checking the R&S section ever since, just to see how much hatred is out there for all religions.

If there is an increase, it is probably due to people seeking entertainment indoors due to the weather (I believe this is a mostly US based forum).
I pop in now and then throughout the day to take a mental break from work.
I alternate between R&S, Politics, Business, Families & Relationships, and Pregnancy & Parenting.

I am on and off here all day, I just got access to Internet at work and on my down time I like to check out the R & S section and sometimes the pet/cat section. I enjoy Mav and sleestack and the retard guys Q & A's, they are funny. Some can be quite challenging with their rudness, but that is to be expected I guess.

Yes religion/spirituality, and family because they get real hostile.
I think that is funny. HOw could anyone get mad over some words written on a page that isn't even paper. It is like etch a sketch and click it is gone. It is like people throwing fits over a TV show. Turn it!

I haven't notice an increase in posting, only an increase in censorship and deletions. If anything I've noticed less postings in the last two weeks, probably because "regulars" get deleted or suspended.
I like this section and education and politics and science and arts

An increase in the number of questions but a decrease in the quality of questions. Kids and bored people are on here. My favorite section is R/S and cooking.
