I have a group that fights against Police Misconduct and we would like to join other groups to help with the fight in other areas.

The Columbia Alliance of Neighborhoods, a non profit corp in Washington State does just that.

In the past year an average of one un-armed person a week is being sumarily executed by Portland Oregon area police for refusing to follow instructions, and no indictments to date.
